Picked up this little Snap on today. It seems pretty old. I do not know much about snap on. I am more of a plomb / proto guy.
I looked on the web and ebay and could not find anything about it at all.
I would like to know when it was made, if possible. But really any info would be appreciated.
The markings read Snap/on MADE IN U.S.A R-716 1/2
It is about 6 1/2 inches long. 1/2 inch hex drive.

From what I have been able to find out it's an industrial item. I have a 3/8 like that one marked R712. Mine doesn't have a date code either.

Just a single ended ratcheting box wrench.

Perhaps Chad S or snapmom have some additional information.

Industrial, looks like 40s from the logo, and that it has made in USA on it, but could be late 30s.
