Anchor points?

I would like to install a couple of anchors or D rings in the concrete floor, but would like them to be either recessed or hinged so they will fold away when not in use. These will be used during chassis fabrication to insure everything stays straight during welding. Can someone point me to the correct type of anchor or D ring that will suit my purpose. I haven't used them yet, but I'm sure they will come in handy someday.

I'd just use epoxied threaded anchors then screw in eye bolts when needed. Plug the holes with set screws when not in use.

A LOT of mid west grains (corn, soybean and wheat) get shipped out of country via Seattle. Are some of these farmers making good money............and buying new equip from you ???
