Wondering what the height is of the main ceiling and how much more height you gained with the coffer trusses? Looking great!
thanks

Once the OSB is put on the main ceiling will be 10' exactly, and the one in the middle will be 13' 8 1/2" for the two post lift.

So the OSB is almost done on the ceiling. The roll up doors are in. The only thing I don't like is that the contractor did not boxed the outside ceiling bay area to fit the doors. So the OSB had to be cut to make space and I don't like how I can see the foam, it just not my thing. When the contractor comes by, I'm not letting this terrible finish of the OSB and not covered behind the roll of the doors uncovered. It is always something. Back wall is completed with the bricks, Alabama power came by and marked the area where the pole is going to be and mark where is going to be dig for the under ground conduit.

Well getting closer, all lights are installed. They are LED's. Fans done and the office too. Sanding drywall is done. Now bathroom sink, toilet and light fixture. Outside wall almost done then the three columns between the doors more bricks and that will be it. Then the punch out things that are needed to be take care off. Like fixing cement floor, too many rough areas and air pockets plus chunk of cements have come off. All power is hooked and ready for electric company to do the underground conduit. And plumbing to be finish.

Looks good! Did you use open or closed cell foam? What was the R value for walls and roof deck?

Sewer, water and Electrical all hooked up. Check the LED lights man it really brightens that shop. Outside security likes working like a champ. Almost to close out and give me my keys. LOL

The shop is done. Now is to paint inside. Landscape is coming along great, what an improvement, love it. Now a company, gave me a quote to paint my floor shop. Nothing ordinary, just gray color with the flakes and industrial sealer etc. This guy quote me $13,400.00!!! Can you imagine if I would of ask for a more a type show floor?? Ouch, I guess I'll be doing it myself or leave the floor bare. Damn that's high.

The 4k on materials is a lie unless he is using a really obscure, expensive product and putting on 4 coats. Doubtfull.

Landscaping is done. Painting started. The picture shows the primer. The paint is going to be the same. The ceiling will have a lighter grey color. The window trims will have the lighter grey color like on the ceiling to break the monotony. Probably will paint a 6" stripe 4ft from the floor all around the shop. Check it out. Thanks for the compliments.

And the shop paint is finish inside and the office. It came out pretty good even though imperfections can be seen of the OSB. Oh well I think it looks awesome. Next, the floor and then get my toys in there. Oh and got to give the Wife a big thank you, she is the one who push to get my shop done. She is awesome.

So the shop is done. Waiting on the floor to dry and cure. Here are pictures. Once was painted, it was too slick so the floor contractor decided to foe it. So it has grip and it looks pretty good instead of plain grey color. Here are a couple of pictures.

So I started to bring my stuff from my house garage and my back shed. Slowing moving things in the shop. Just installed the Tire Loaf. Still have more to go.
