You need to give that MV and CRF racebike a nice home to relax in after a hard weekend at the track!

got the kit last week and still waiting for the humidity to go down and the rain here in CT to give me a few days of sun.

I have been able to degrease the floor and will be etching soon too. all of the spots that beaded water are now gone and All the spots I did the moisture test on were bone dry.

I did see the problem the guy from RI is having and I got the same chip color as him. hopefully I do not go through the same results. maybe ill give the chips a quick rinse and dry before using them :)

decided to wait until today. i etched over the weekend and wanted to be 100 percent sure that the garage was dry. I ended up borrowing a dehumidifier for 2 days and got about a half gallon of water out.

My experience with epoxy-coat was a good one. It was a little nerve racking making sure I had enough product for the entire garage but ended up with a little more than expected. i ended up buying spiked garden shoes from Agway for about 17 bucks and they were worth every penny. Being able to walk about is great...especially when spreading the flake. i had my father help me out and having an extra set of hands makes it that much easier.

now i just cannot wait to get everything back in and start another thread about my garage :)

Yay! Good job, floor looks good! I missed your post about the flakes earlier. I hope you didn't rinse them and go through all that, I have not had an issue with my flakes.

Yeah my floor was fine till I put the urethane clear on it... The Epoxy clear goes on so thick it won't repel like the Urethane, OR no clear works too... Looks good!
