Not exactly a tool deal but a heads up for those that have an android phone; SwiftKey keyboard is now free. Back when they added the swipe feature it was pretty rubbish. Recently, I've been frustrated with the slow bloated feeling of Swype so I thought I would give SwiftKey a try again. So far I'm much more impressed. It seems much more responsive and at least as accurate as Swype. Frankly, it feels a bit like what Swype had to be before it was taken over. Considering it's free feel free to give it a try.

Tried "Google Keyboard" in a while? It's stock on any newish devices without excessive bloatware, and available from the Play Store on any others. I find that the swipe feature there is leaps and bounds smoother than the rest, and prediction in general is outstanding (for me at least).

used it for over a year now. Really annoying when I pay for something and it eventually goes free. Oh well. Good product none the less.

I've tried it multiple times and can never get it to work as well as SwiftKey and Swype. That's one of the benefits in Android, what works for you may not be best for me. We are each able to pick our favorites.

I hate that too, it's happened to me multiple times. I will say I think this has fully replaced Swype for me. It's just faster and more accurate.

Oh didn't you hear? Apple is now allowing you to use third party keyboards in iOS8... Only six years late to the party on that one!
