One of them is this according to the caption. Cool. I was at ASU when part of one of the instruments was being constructed in the cleanroom.

I completely missed that that was one of them. I guess I've gotten so used to an ad being at the top of the page, I scrolled right past it to the text. 🤦

Looks like maybe a c clamp to hold the wrench on the fastener so it doesn't slip off?

Yeah. Wonder what sort of fastener style they used.

Seriously can't believe they chose Torq-set... Everyone I know who runs into those in aerospace makes jokes about them.
Interesting that they used Allen head fasteners on the inner ring.... perhaps they're depth limited on the outer circle. Maybe they'll try Mortorq next:

All I know is this smells like typical NASA. You think ever since Torx got invented in the late 1960s they would have just gone that direction instead of probably sticking with Torq-set.

Actually this photo shows it pretty well. Looks like Torq-set.

Thanks. I was wondering what they were when I saw this. To my uneducated eye, they reminded me of some of the tamper-proof screws you see in restrooms from time to time. 😂
