Anglevel US made ever see one!

I was digging up an old Stanley Level for some pics on another thread. Came across this Anglevel that was made in Portland Oregon. Made of mahogany which I thought was an odd choice. Any idea of the age?

I see them from time to time, but I'm close to Portland also. Not real old, but I can't narrow it down any more off the top of my head. Seems like there was one in a thread on here about a guy cleaning out a garage recently.
