Another 100.

I recently bought another Craftsman 100 drill press, and it came with a Kenmore 1/4 horse motor on it. Model #S4709. It supposably came with the press when new. Does anyone know anything about this motor? Good-Bad or ???
It also came with a stem stopper. Never seen one before, but it's a cool thing to have.

Never seen a Kenmore but it looks like most small hp motors from that era. What the heck is a stem stopper? Similar to a column lock?

If it runs, it's fine.

I believe it's similar to the Companion motor.
