Another bead roller

Here is my take on the HF bead roller, I reinforced it, extended the slot 2", and installed a gear motor and foot switch:

The box on the top contains the directional switch, for forward and reverse:

The only problem is I added a 2" tube to the bottom for my "Modular" work bech mount, so I can either put my Vice, My bead roller, or my sheet metal brake on the bench, and the bead roller weighs ~ 90 LBS. Now I need to build a gantry crane

I dig the hammertone, so how much are you into it total?

Looks good, but you may want to change that to a flexible type coupling and add some grease ******* to those bearing blocks if you intend to use it much. Will be easier on the brgs/bushings in the motor and on the beader too.
