Best thing I did was getting the drawers completely done/installed before I tightened the top on

If you're trying to figure how high to make it....
match your table saw
radial arm saw,
Tailgate

constructed the drawers, made some handles to pull the drawers out
The big drawer in the middle is 24 X 20 X 6.5
The drawer on the right is 17 X 20 X 6.5
The bench 72"L X 24"W x 32"H

After checking a few more measurements, We saw that there was an opportunity for more storage from this bench
The Radial Arm saw legs do not provide much room for storage underneath,
so we added an end to set the "saw table" on

While installing the peg board, noticed the back support blocks a lot of the holes..
A couple of 1/4-20 nuts provided just enough "spacer clearance" to be able to tighten the pegboard without losing any of the rows of storage on the pegboard
