to buy or not to buy?...i just bought 2 in the last month, old champion and a walker turner..would u guys snag this one..i mean come on its only 70 bucks...i guess im trying to have someone talk me out of it..HAHA..i know if i talked to the wife she could deff. talk me out of it lol..what do all you guys think.

BUY IT! That's a lot of DP for 70 bones. The crank rack is superb and easy to work with. Awesome.

Looks like it'll clean up nice.

There are these on GJ that guys have paid a pretty penny for. I've seen larger styles on my CL I almost paid 300 for....And I'm a tight wad with deals.

If the bearings are good, maybe I would get it. Too bad it does not have the backgear. The old time "camelback" drill presses with back gears were designed for drilling BIG holes in metal. Much more so that anything recent.

Nothing "Unusable" about that DP Stevo, and if you do large holes, or deep ones, The camel backs beat the hell out of the "run of the mill" DP's you see. about the only DP that can equal it is the huge (and expensive) Powermatics or big Clausings. or one similar...


Are the kind of clunky looking? yes, but in a very cool way!
