Another Columbian question

Found another vise on craigslist. Looks like the jaws are a bit marred, I asked him about it and he said it was superficial.

I read the 'Everything you need to know' thread and it said that only the Columbians with T-shaped jaws and pins are worth it; this looks to have screws holding the jaws?

What is a good price to give for it? I think $50 is high for sure.

Very light duty. Worth around $10.00, IMO.

IMHO, 50 is too high and 10 might be a tad low.
Do you NEED a vise?
Are you going to try to clean it up and flip it?
Maybe clean it up and give it away to a deserving person?

Plan was to clean it up and use it until something better comes along. The vise I have now is new Chinese junk and I loathe using it.

Is this at least a USA made one?

He'll take $30 for it, but I think that may still be too much.
