If you look at the compressor pumps on the Industrial Gold units they have the same MADE IN CHINA pumps on them as does Eaton.

I noticed 2-3 other low name brand compressor companys that use the same made in china pump that Eaton has and normally cheaper.

"I" would go with Ingersall Rand ( i have the 7.5hp 80 gallon T-30 pump ) or a Quincy a Devair a Champion and or a Saylor-Beall .

Just got a call from a local company that handles devair. The owner was very impressive in his knowledge and has also recommended aluminum air lines for the hard lines. I will probably go to his warehouse to see the units and then have him come out to estimate the install.

Sounds like a good choice. You can do a search on any of the brand name compressors to find out more information on them here.

You can also do a search on the aluminum air lines , I understand they work great but are very , VERY pricey .

This is an awesome web site / forum when it comes to air compressors and air lines ...... do some searches on this site and you will be busy for days with loads of information dealing with air compressors and such .

Best of luck and keep us posted what you come up with .
