I have an old CH.VT6005 compressor that last month I put new speedaire pump on last month. Everything good till today when copper tube that comes from tank to pump started to leak. I don't see that mod. listed anymore but ? is where does one go to get copper pipe and fittings made up at, Do hardware stores do that? And is there such a thing as flexable tubing that good for that nowadays? Thanks ,Paul

You can get stainless steel braided host as replacement for the copper line. Where is it leaking? CH uses a "cheap" style of connect with a rubber/plastic type compression fitting at the tank side that costs about $7. The better style is a flare fitting..

Seems as its leaking in tube just above the connector on tank side. .I,d go with this braded type you speak of if I could find one. Original setup had 2 lines from tank that went to original pump but previous owner bought new pump that had one line from tank to pump and a small rubber line that goes somewhere didn't pay attention too. Where des one get this braded hose you speak of? Thanks, PAUL
