pad is 14x22x10/11 which is max allowed. this is metal stick build, no weight supported by concrete, only weight on concrete will be car and lift. do i need footers and if so how large and do the have to been on all 4 sides? planned lift is used mohawk 9k, going to use 8" concrete at 5000psi, may be overkill but want to be on safe side. also need any barrier underneath the concrete and is any type compacting underlay needed, soil has sat undisturbed for at least 20 years. concrete will rise about 1 inch above soil. thanks
