Another Electric Motor Wiring Question

Hello All, I have another request for help in adding a power cord to a nice electric motor. This AJAX motor fortunately has a wiring schematic but the wires as current attached to the motor don't seem to jive with the schematic. I need help deciphering this and determine where to attach the power cord for 115V. Currently the black wire in the power cord is attached to the white wire with the black/yellow tag. The power cord green ground wire was attached to the wires tagged red, yellow, and white. The other group of motor wires tagged black, brown, and orange are connected together. The white wire from the power cord was unattached when I opened the cover. I'd appreciate your help, thank you.

It's wired for low voltage reverse rotation. Wiring matches the diagram, red and black are swapped to make it spin reverse.
