Another epoxy question

First post though I've been looking around here for ideas for a long while.

I've been in my house for 3 years this week, garage was poored sometime in the last decade (previous owners), without expansion joints for some reason. Sitting just under 800sq/ft and finally time to coat, though i have a couple questions.

Couldn't find a picture cleared out, but here's an idea on shape/size.

Previous owners built a sound studio room in the back section, which i removed week 1 of moving in. And first question, all the anchor points where i cut off the rebar, am i good just filling with an epoxy filler?

it's quite a large slab, and there are several thin cracks i couldn't even get a small flathead screwdriver into, though 4-5' long. around the garage, there are 4 spots that had efflorescence issues in the past, which looks like last years patching outside stopped any issues this past winter. When taking the handheld to one of the rings, the stain is still visible, will there be an issue with adhesion if no moisture is present any longer?

Where the garage was extended past the existing house footings, there was a gap of roughly 3/4 in at the far end and was roughly 8-9' long where they didn't line up for whatever reason. I filled with some epoxy patch with a bit of sand mixed in and grinded....should be good here right? No before pick unfortunately.

So, those are my questions before I try to find time between work and watching my 1 yr old to tackle the project. I sectioned off the garage and cleaned/degreased the back then the front. Grinded 75% of the edges with the handheld, will rent from HD to get the bulk of the floor done when ready. Product is in hand (Wolverine), parts are ready to go, just need the time to move everything out and not use the garage for a week or so.

Any and all input greatly appreciated. I have people that can help, but coordinating will be interesting. Any pointers would be great as well.

Yes. If it's deep you can mix some sand in with it.

Use the same epoxy patch for those cracks

Have you done a calcium chloride moisture test around these areas? A little bit of stain left after grinding isn't an issue, but moisture can be. If you haven't done a moisture test yet I wouldn't start anything until you confirm things are fine.

I noticed that you are using Wolverine products. Did you use their Integra Flex 1921? If so then you should be fine. That product has good flexibility. If you used a standard type epoxy patch, check their TDS sheet to see what the elongation % is. Most have little to no elongation which means that there is the good possibility that you will develop a crack between those to slabs when they contract and expand. Especially if it was a 3/4" gap.

As far as tips, there are quite a few in the multitude of threads here. If you do a search you will find all kinds. If you think of anything specific that you can't find an answer to, somebody here will shout out to help you.
