I recently inherited a floor jack that was my grandfathers. It worked for a bit before it decided to bleed out the hydraulic fluid all over my garage floor. The jack is solid and appears to be well made, but has no distinguishing markings or stampings on it. In any case, I think it is worthy of a rebuild, but it would be nice to know what it is. Anyone able to ID from the pictures below or provide some advice before I tear into it?

Could be a Walker or O'Boy. Only difference is the paint. Can you show the bottom rod holding the two halfs together (from the bottom)? Mine is missing and wonder if it is a rod, shoulder rod, bolt, etc,

OH, Hiball is the guru here and can tell you anything you want to know. PM him after you see his stickey about jacks.

It's a Hein Warner 'Ol Boy. It has a T on the handle and a parallel knurled cap at the end of the jack handle that lock/releases the jack. (I'll take some pictures of mine and up load to GJ some time this afternoon, or you can PM me your cell number and i can text you the pics) My jack has the original model no. plate.

Affirmative on the knurled knob at the end of the handle for the release. No T handle though....
