Another for question

So I have another question for all the Ford guys out there, if I take the front springs and ball joint sleaves off a 1991 ford f150 4wd and put them on my 2wd will that work to level out my 2wd without any additional modification or damage? Thanks

I thought the 4 wheel drives were stiffer

I didn't give much thought to stiffness, I'm just looking for the height.

I think the suspensions are totally different, but its easy to find out....Go to any car parts vendor's website. ( I like Rockauto). Look up the parts for both 2WD and 4WD configurations. If the part numbers match, they are the same.
