Hey guys, I've been a lurker since 2009 when my wife and I bought a 1950's Ranch style fixer in the East Bay of San Francisco.
I've officially said we're done popping out offspring, and with our financial situation improving after the older kid moves out of daycare, I've got $$$ to really start some projects.
My immediate goal is to streamline the use of our standard 2 car garage for quite a few mechanically intensive hobbies that seem to warrant their own workstations: bicycles, r/c cars, motorcycles, autocross project car(s), woodworking, and weight lifting. Seems like a lot to ask for a tiny space, but I've seen what some members here have done with even smaller spaces, so I have high hopes.
Just finished building a detached Studio Shed, finished interior, electric, data, and HVAC, so I guess that will be my first build thread.
Good to finally be on-board, and thanks in advance for the future tips, tricks, and advice.
