Started our house and thought to share the build with you all (garage only for now)

There are 2 garages sandwitching a V-shaped powder room with a sink at the bottom of the V (accessible by either garages)

2 car garage (center picts, 28 x 34) is for daily drivers and and a 3 car garage (4th pict 28 x 42) is for weekend toy/2-post lift/car wash. The daily garage has a ceiling at 12 ' and the weekend garage at 13'

There's one 24x48 garage space downstairs (6th pict) in the basement for future car use purpose. I thought about raising the celing from 9 to 12 but really didn't need it.

Thinking about putting stairs to the attic in the 3 car garage (finished floor 4th pict) to keep the usual clutter out of the sight.

Flooring, I am working on it but I am not convinced by any option that's out there, so not decided yet

Now onto some pictures:

I won't necessarily call it a hill may be a little bump, bumpy enough to dig down the rear.

Here sre some more picts

The picture was taken while standing in the litchen with the breakfest nook (3 windows) and a family room on the right. The family room right side wall is shared with the three car garage.

Initially I had planned a glass window on that wall where I could see the cars from the family room but wife thought it was bit too vain and didn't let me do it.

You're off to a great start C2, you've made good use of the sloping land with the "bonus-extra" basement garage.

I am however, a little bit concerned about a garage having a "powder room".

just kidding, I'll be watching this one with interest.

The house is bit too wide for my lens unless I buy a fish eye which I am considering getting.

Anyway, I am building a house (LOL) and hopefully this rear view would help you comprehend what I am doing

The bonus basement garage is on the right
