Figured I'd share, I really enjoy looking at all of yours...
Florock floor - don't really wrench or anything. Just drink beer, play cards and sometimes park the car.

Floor looks good but not sure why you would want to ruin it with that logo?...;)

Seriously though the floor looks great. Give us some more info...

Garage Solutions here in the Chicago suburbs did the work (I'm not so good at this- it was supposed to be on the first post.)
They diamond ground the floor and footings, and used a product called Florock. About 2.65 a sq. and did a very professional job. Clean, polite and explained the entire process before hand and as they worked on it. My neighbor is now having his done as well. (I'll post his brown up when I can)

Got many quotes and did a lot of reading here first - thanks again to all who helped by posting their stories. The painting, lighting and electrical I did and took everyone's suggestions from here. really enjoy this site and it really helped. I'm very anxious to move back in.

Now - GO CUBS! (remember every team can have a bad century)
