The project is the 29 sedan thats on the rotisserie
It's a 29 on 32 rails with a 401 nailhead,3 deuces and a Tremec 5 speed with a winters quickchange rear.
I've built 3 hotrods and sold them but I'm hoping that this ones a keeper
the impala is a 2nd owner 64 with 73K on it
never molested or touched (I love that car)
the cab in the corner is a big back window cab for a 55 chev I have stored in the shed next to the leanto

Yep tin on the ceiling is the only way to go
once it's up it's done and it's a huge reflector
I used vinyl siding j-trim on the bottom edges of the tin to finish it off against the drywall (way cheaper than the tin mouldings) and a 1x8 in the centre to cover the joint (again way cheaper than the specific tin stuff)
Only problem with laying tin upside down is that they tend to move around when your screwing them down and I ended up with a uneven edge on the last edge.
not a big deal and a snapline would have avoided it.

Very nice place you have there.
You building yourself a little 32??
Nice quick change too.
I love to see more hot rod garages!

sorry just re read it. 1929. Very cool. I have a 30 coupe that I am working on that will sit on 32 rails.

Looks great! That's exactly the size we are hoping to build this Summer. Maybe just a 10" wall though. Looks like I would still have room for a lift, right? It's great to see what ours will look like.

nothing beats a A sitting on a deuce frame (specially a roadster)
course about the time I had the body fitting the frame perfectly and pinched just right they came out with that flat 32 frame on top for Model A's
good timing
