Another Impact Gun/Compressor question

Sorry, I know this topic has probably been beaten to death but I've still got questions. After reading glowing reviews on the 1/2 HF earthquake impact gun I picked one up over the weekend. This is for home use and honestly it won't be used much. Maybe once every 2-3 months. But when I do use it I want to make sure it actually works well. I have a 33 gallon craftsman compressor that says it flows 5.1CFM @90PSI.
I have 50ft 3/8" hose that uses standard fittings right now but keep reading about these Milton V fittings on this board and I'm wondering if I should buy them or if I'm fine with my current setup. It's only a few fittings so I'm not concerned about cost but I don't want to deal with incompatible fittings while handling other tasks and working with other tools. Seems like the Milton V Coupler will work with standard fittings but not the other way around.

My first task is a small one this weekend- changing the wheel hubs on an 09 Pontiac and it would be really annoying if my new toy won't have enough torque to get the axle nuts off.

Try it out first and go from there. I've heard a lot of good things about Milton fittings but I don't own any. All my tools run fine off regular fittings.

Just make sure you adjust the pressure properly on the regulator. Set it to whatever pressure you want while the tool is running.

Thanks for the reply. I did order them. Since they work with standard plugs I don't think I'll run into compatabilty issues. Seems like some people are running this gun off a pancake compressor so I doubt I'd have a problem.
