Hey there neighbor! Where in Delaware do you live? I have some questions about your VCT floor I see in the pictures. I live just over the north side of the canal on 213 in MD and have been considering VCT but wasn't sure how it would hold up in the winter.

Welcome George. That's a great looking shop.

I'd like to know a little more about those tiles too. If you are doing any fabrication/welding/painting, etc. in there, I'd like to hear your thoughts on how they are holding up.

my wife was working at lowes at the time i tiled the garage...so the price was what swayed me towards the tile.

if i'd known that i was gonna fall in love with fabricating and welding,i'd probably done some kind of epoxy.

the tiles have been down for four years now and the white ones are kind of grey, but i don't clean alot...still alot warmer than concrete and i like when you drop something that it's kind of cusioned.

this picture is in the middle of some work,so the floor is unswept with ALOT of grinding dust

i live in dover and my only problem i've had in the winter is that they are REAL slippery when wet.

Great looking shop you have there, I also was enjoying the skateboards, are they all original? I saw that powel was reissuing a lot of the old decks, I have been tempted to buy several of them.

My first "pro" model was a Mike Mcgill, like the second one on the wall there. Does that flooring ever move around or come apart? I dont know anything about that VCT stuff.
