A friend just picked this jack up and I suspect it is American made there just is no label anymore. The colors are blue and yellow and it has a foot pedal to raise the saddle until the handle starts pumping it up. does not leak and seems to hold but may need to be bled as I can hear air hissing when it lowers. So who made it?

Mike

Color scheme is right for Walker, but the round handle and shape of the rear wheel supports don't match any Walker I have seen.

Maybe an Astro?

It's from the Watco family, which means it could have been sold under Watco, Viking or Coats Nike. I suspect Watco badging, unsure of the Model as they are so similar from model to model, Bigger than the 301HC which is probably the most popular. If you give Steve a call in my signature, he can probably narrow it down with some pictures/dimensions.
