I've had this jack for years. Now needs a rebuild, but I'm having a difficult time finding a part number to get the correct rebuild kit.
Any ideas?

Marol,
I have a very similar Jack that I rebuilt this past summer, Lazzar hydraulic has a ton of good information on their site, I’m certain they will have the correct rebuild kit. That Jack is definitely worth rebuilding!

Byrdnyrd,
I appreciate the feedback. Unfortunately, using this site as a learning tool, I have gone through every PDF on the hcrcnow website for Lincoln jacks and was unable (or too ignorant) to find an exact match. I have another Lincoln, a w93649, which was easy to find information on. But this one, with the flat side plates and pressed "strengthening rib" has me befuddled. Most Lincolns on the hcrcnow site are designed like my w93649 with bent strengthening ribs at the top, like this:

Oh well, I tried! My Lincoln is a 93642, which is ( or was ) pretty common. I bought it 2nd hand in 1985!

this rebuild should outlast me!

best of luck

Is the handle one or two pieces? The two piece are usually imported from Taiwan.
I would call Hydraulic parts supply ((620) 594-2247) small family company and they do not have a website. Do a search on GJ to see them mentioned. Likely they will know from the part number from a pic or from the pump casting numbers. Odd it has a round saddle. The really good news, it takes a socket to remove the seals. See if it is 1-13/16(46mm)
Think I found your jack on another thread. Please post some pics of the rebuild.

the handle is red, and two pieces.
Yes, the other thread shows a jack just like mine. Unfortunately, no part numbers discussed.
It appears Hiball does offer a kit.
Thanks!

Los Angeles, stuck on the 60 freeway.
Look up Lincoln CJ4000, and see if that has a frame that matches yours.

I think you’ll find the rebuild kits to be the same as the 93-642 series, which had a number of different body frame variations over the years, along with a few variations in model numbers.
