Hi,

I don't know why but I missed the intro forum so here I am finally. I've followed this list for some time but only posted recently. I've had some commercial garage experience but not much, mostly Taxi Cab repair. I have my tools these days in a storage unit, small, but I'm able to build motorcycle transmissions there. That's all I care to do for now so it works out just fine.

I have made a few automobile auto transmissions. And did a boat transmission once.

I do collect the older tools when I can. I mostly collect what I think I can use.

I'll be around some.

Thanks guys. I actually have a Silver Spring address but I'm not near what I think is SS. I live in between Wheaton and Rockville. I'll whip up something about the transmission I'm building right now when it gets warmer and if you guys want to come by you'll be welcome. Too cold right now of course.

For some reason these particular trannies seem to be more involved than most. Circa 1975 R90/6 BMW motorcycle Getrag trans. Pics and more info later this year.
