Just bought another side box yesterday. But thinking back, I think the price may have jumped a little bit. This one was $249 but I get an 11% rebate. Drawers all slide nice, weighs 93.5 lbs. Now all I need to do is get another top box and should be set for awhile. And it does have a limited lifetime warranty. All powdercoated finish with ball bearing rollers. In my estimation it makes for a great home box. BTW....yes it is made in China.:( I have had my first base that I bought at work, loaded down with some heavy weight in the drawers and it has not given me one bit of problem. So all in all I have three 41" bases but only one Menards 41" top box. I really need another and get the Sears off of there.

What price did you pay for the 41" boxes? I'm wondering how they compare in price to the HF boxes, but no Menards in my area.

They run 399$ on sale and they have them on sale fairly often.
I think 450$ is regular price not 100% sure though.

There are a few threads on here about the boxes compared to HF. Most, myself included think they are a little nicer than the HF boxes. Some don't like the drawer layout compared to HF. Before HF put the tool box exemption on the 20% coupon I would have bought an HF box but now that they are about the same price I would go for the menards one.

Look great!!

My only reservation about these boxes is the cheesy "Masterforce" logo but you appear to have strategically removed yours ;)

Your setup reminds me of the banks of green Cornwell boxes at my Land Rover dealer.

That slide out work surface is a unique feature on the top chest.

The drawers cannot be rearranged. The slides are at the bottom of each drawer. I wish they could tho..

I have the 36" bottom and top and the 41" bottom. I really like the masterforce boxes. I am going to build a bench over the top of the 41 and a handful of metal kitchen cabinets soon...and paint the cabinets to match the master force stuff.

I wonder who the oem is; got any patent #'s or info that would help us figure that out?

The oem has been posted with direct link late last year I think. They even had the green paint but I'm unable to find the post.

I recently priced them and they're $788 for the 41" set. I see you can now custom order a 56".

You have been able to order the 56" for a long time but they never had the "flyer" above the other 2 sizes they stock. Last year they had the 56" for less then $1k for both top and bottom and had a year 0% financing.
