Hello all. I have been snooping on this site for about 2 weeks now. Very nice indeed!! My family and I live between Springfield and St. Louis. Here very soon I will be breaking ground for the shop of my dreams. All steel 30x50, 12x50 lean-to on the back, 10 foot walls, 2 foot wash wall, totally insulated and a 4 post lift. Water, b-room, heat also. We have a 30x32 on the house we will convert to a family room once the big boy is up. I also have a smaller 20x30 detached, insulated drywalled etc. I use now. The wife will take it over to park in once I move to the "man hut". I am a machinist, fabricator by profession and can't wait to get the new shop built to set everything up where I dont have to move stuff to do a job. Thank you all for a great forum!!
