Hi, I'm Mike from the mid Hudson Valley (west of Newburgh) of New York State. I am about to contract a guy to tear down my 60 year old concrete block SINGLE CAR garage- BEFORE it FALLS DOWN ! And build me a 24 x 24 2 car garage (with an ACTUAL FOUNDATION). I have been living here 10 years, with my car parked outside (the wife has been keeping her car in the garage) and no place for me to have fun. I used to do some hobby lawn mower repair, hobby welding, and make stuff on my Bridgeport milling machine- which has been turning to rust. Also on the garage bucket list is a generator installed behind it. I'll take some pictures as things happen.... Mike
