Hi all, name's Jeff from Richmond, VA. My screen name is a carryover from the Jeep forums I'm on, and describes my Jeep...it's an '87 MJ (Comanche pickup truck), hence the "mjeff87". Thought it was clever.....
Anyways, my wife and I just had a spec house built (not custom), so I'm working with what I got which is about a 24X24 garage with a finished bonus room above. I'd have rather had storage above because I wanted to install a post lift, but the boss, er...I mean wife wanted pretty. First thing I did after closing but before moving in was to epoxy the floor, which I'm so glad I did....there's too much **** in there now to think about pulling it all out and trying to cover/seal the floor
Lately I've been building shelves and workbenches to utilize all the dead wall space (11 ft ceiling).
I've been soaking up GJ like a drunken sponge in a biker bar so far, and am glad someone pointed me here (another Jeep buddy). Tomorrow I'm helping another Jeep buddy as he runs some electric for me. I'll be busy trolling GJ in the meanwhile.
