Hey everyone! Long time member of the HAMB and have been lurking here for a little while drooling over everyone's garages. Thought it was time to come on board and say hello!

Mostly here for some future planning. Never owned my own work space and always rented garages and my wife and I are hoping to change that in the coming year, so I've been making some pretty serious plans and thought it was time to start researching about what I need/want in a shop.
Right now, all my tools and toys are pretty much at my place of work. The benefits of working for someone interested in all things automotive!
Once I move into a shop/garage of my own I'm going to have a lot to move and to ADD for that matter... Lathe, mill, welders, sheet metal forming stuff, projects, extras, materials, blah, blah, blah... Apparently I picked a really HEAVY hobby!
Glad to be here... excited to explore these new avenues!
