Another oddball unidentified today sorting estate junk. Maybe ring or band forging anvil? Tapers over length 16 or so, nearly half inch thick, hollow center, from 2 1/2 or so to about 4 inches. Still pretty heavy. Amazing old junk some these guys saved!

Bracelet mandrel. Jeweler's tool for forging bracelets. Values are all over the place, marked European made would be high end, unmarked not much due to flood of cheap Chinese versions.
