Another oldish Tool id...

Found this with my grandfather's tool's. Any idea of age or manufacturer ? Says made in western Germany on on side (stamped) made in Germany in forging on the other. Placed next to a channelock 410 for size...

some call it an aston wrench. Super handy. Auto-adjust, lever clamping, and easy one-handed use.
