Like them or not - Danny is a great guy.

"Due to drastically reduced sales over the past two to three years and rising fabrication cost we can no longer sustain. We have been unable to secure financing for continuation. I have wanted one of those for quite a long time but just couldn't justify the cost. Sorry to hear they went under.

IIRC, this was brought up last week. It's a shame that they had to close the doors. I never heard a bad thing about them but evidently the overhead of workers and such surpassed the sales

Sorry to revive a dead post....but Kwiklift is alive and kicking again !
Danny sold the business back in 08 and the second owner is the one that ran it in the ground...just to be clear, it wasnt Danny that caused the problems.

May have to go check that out in person......can't seem to locate any "How's it work" type videos. Neat option for us "low-ceilinged" individuals.
