* Hello all, *** I've been looking around here for a while and finally decided to join.* I have an sickness called "TAS" 'tool acquisition syndrome'.* This desease has ravaged my mind and body, taken up valuable workshop space, and "shrank" my cash flow.* I thank God I'm not married!*** I am a wrecker/tow truck/car carrier mechanic who has also spent years working in machine shops.* I grew up in mechanics helping my father, a journeyman mechanic of over fourty-five years experience.* *** And lastly, I am a dyed-in-the-wool, diehard, loyal SNAP ON TOOLS USERS!!!!!!!here are a few pics of my boxes:the red one is at work, the black one is at homethanks to everyone here, this is a great site!Roe

Yup! the Matco was about $900.00 off retail. I didn't have a Snap on dealer at the time and now I wish I would have waited until I did. The Matco guy tried to pull a few fast ones on me after I had bought the box,(things like promising to order me tools on sale, "forgeting" to order the tools, and then, after the tools were off sale and back to retail price, ordering the tools in my name). It's and ok box, but I really miss not having lock-n-roll drawers. The drawer configuration is kinda crappy too. But, it holds my tools at home. Maybe I'll trade it!!
