There has to be and easier way to upload pics on this site! I have a bunch I want to upload, but all this resizing ******** is getting on my nerves!!!! It takes way to much effort! And, most people now use an iPhone as thier camera, but the pics won't upload from the phone! Too big I guess? Ive taken a bunch of my building process, and most of them are 3+ mb! how is a picture, taken witha phone the size of a credit card, too big? Just venting a little bit, but probably gonna just give up! I mean, the idea of taking pics with a camera or phone, then putting them on the computer, then putting them on photobucket or some other picture hosting site, then resizing them, then putting them on this site, I mean Jesus!

I take pics with my droid razor, and upload them direct to PB then link them here with no resizing needed.

Host them elsewhere, image url hotlink. A PITA, true. If you want a 1900x2400 image, no other way.

yeah, everybody hosts the pictures elsewhere, then deletes them in a month.
Makes the thread totally useless in the future.
use a regular camera and a computer, resize with irfan view if needed.
And host them here, so people in the future can see them.
The hell with those call phones.

This website is way easier to upload photos than many sites. And some sites don't even have photo attachment.

It's surprising to me how many people can't figure out how to resize a picture.

Here's a super quick, easy photo resizer that lets you resize more than one photo at once. All you do is drag and drop the photos onto the program's icon. You change the number in the program name to change the size of the final images.

For example, if you put the number "800" in the name, it will resize the photos so the larges size is 800 pixels.

Well, I'm on vintage mustang forum, chainsaw collectors forum, buggies gone wild forum, and a couple others, an have never had any trouble with pics, but for some reason, this forum just did not like my pics! It's fine now with the tapatalk,, no resizing needed!

1900 x 2400 is too big for here. makes you have to scroll left and right to read the text.

Photobucket and tiny url are both good at keeping quality and picture size, just saying if you start off with a 19mb photo, the 5mb version is gonna still be huge.
The funny part is i've not seen a digital camera less than 12mp in a while, so huge pictures are inevitable:lol:
