Another plumbing question, disposal drain higher than waste drain

So I am adding a garbage disposal and finally came up w/ and ugly way to make it work w/ elbows and what not but I'm pretty sure I cannot defy gravity here. In this situation is my only option to lower the drain or buy some type of pump to put that water up to the level of the drain? I'd have to cut the back of the cabinet, drywall and then the pipe to lower it. I'm not a plumber so if it comes down to that as my only option I'll have to hire someone to do it as that's above my pay grade.

I'm not opposed to a different disposal that would have a higher drain but it'd have be a good 3-4" higher which I don't know is produced or if it would even fix this issue.

That's not going to work. The disposal drain needs to be higher than the waste line coming out of the wall. I had to deal with the same problem when I installed a deeper sink putting the disposal too low.

That't what I figured. I assume a plumber has the ability to cut into the back of the cabinet and drywall to lower this drain? The good news it's coming from the basement so the plumbing will be easy to lower. I just don't feel like cutting into my cabinets and drywall to do this. How do they patch this when they're done so it doesn't look horrible? Just a piece of wood?
