Another Rustoleum Epoxy floor is done

Had this one installed on Monday. I opted for the upgrade to Polyurea clear coat which allowed me to drive on it after 24 hours. I also had a Rustoleum corporate team do the install through home depot.

Thanks guys- The Poly extends the life of the floor significantly I was told. They sanded it with a machine (diamond sander) and also painted the stemwalls a latex based paint but color matched to the floor for $3.75 sq. ft.

Did you see how they applied the fleck chips? They have them really evenly dispersed...looks great.

No I sure didn't pay attention to the flake - throwing. Still having some fumes today....was thinking that would be over by now.

Looks like they did a really nice job on the floor.

What kind of prep work did they do to the floor before beginning? I assume they did just one coat? What type of warranty comes with the installation?

Hi Mordi - They sanded it with a diamond blade floor sander. The warranty is 2 years but they said it would last about 15.
