I suggest flagging and seeing if he puts it back up. I just talked to him and he said he didn't know. That he got it from a guy he did some work for, and he couldn't get ahold of the guy, he didn't answer his phone.
If this guy puts the ad back up after flagging and removal, he is trying to pass on the scam.
Could also post an ad about it.

He changed the listing I see so good for him being honest.

That's kinda asinine, dude.

Even if one could backup the claim that the HF box is identical in quality/etc, it's still not a Snap-On box, and therefore shouldn't be advertised as such.

I See flagging the one calling HF boxes snap on. In all honesty people have a right to ask any price. They wish, as long as they dont mislead potential buyers. If someone is dumb enough/to lazy to research, then let them pay way over retail.
