Another scrap yard find!!

-5° today but went to scrap yard anyway. Found this Anthol vise. Had repairs and pretty rough but want to try and save. Patent date on swivel base is
Sept. 3 1912. Not sure of model as it has been brazed on label . Something 24A. ,4" jaws.
Not sure if handle is original as that has been brased to meatball. Any help identifying this would be nice also may need a swivel base if someone has one. Thanks Bill
P.S. it is a ratchet vise. But don't know model
