Have been turning wrenchs in the small side of a 3 car garage. 30'x40' in the plans for late summer.

Razr: so with your team colors and handle i bet you have a lot of fun in Texas when your team wins (if you don't get shot). nice looking home and neighborhood. since you have a riding mower do you have about an acre in that subdivision too?

nice looking garage and just a little warning that once you stick around here your wallet will be always almost empty from buying new and old tools that you'll learn how to use or find that you need.

Good call on the propertysizes- 1 acre lots. The mustang project has been a steady drain for the last 4 years, but have managed to scrape together a little green to get things going.
