Another Tool Whatzit....

Hit some Estate and Garage sales today.

The first is a ????? You tell me. The hole has threads inside, possibly 1/2" coarse.

The second I grabbed from a box of misc junk. Thought it was a novelty paperweight or something. A co-worker said it looks like the real deal and could be live. Shake it and it has a light rattle.

Is this 20mm round? Why no primer? It's not aluminium cuz my aVe pocket ruler magnet sticks to it.

The 20mm round is probably a dummy,used for balance,in the place of the actual rounds. The aircraft would carry this sometimes when flying through a friendly country,that prohibited live rounds.
