Came here while searching for lift info, stayed for the over the top garage builds :)

Part of my shop, someday the walls will get painted and the floor epoxied instead of just the thin sealant.

Finishing the insulation and sealing up most of the air infiltration with caulk/foam was the best thing I ever did out there, the interior temperature now tracks the average temp for the week biased towards the seasonal ground temperature.

Gave my wood stove to a neighbor last summer as I didn't use it much once the insulation was done, it'd run you out of the shop even turned down. Wanted the floor/wall space back so 100% heat pump now, maintaining a 46F setback temp including the bumps to 60F+ when I am out there averages less than a dollar a day during Jan/Feb/Mar, outside of that it maintains over 40 on its own. Really nice to work on things without having tools sticking to my hands while laying in the snow like I used to do :)
