another VA garage

Well my son and I started this 28'x38' about 2 months ago just working on evenings and saturdays with friends , parents and pulling in some over due notes. Worked out good so far.

Next comes garage doors, electrical,inspection then vinyl siding to match our house. Hope you enjoyed the show.

Looks nice Mike. Im curious, why the 12x28 back shop instead of one open space? Also, It looks like youre planning for a nice loft area...is it usable space, or storage? Looks nice, well done

Well I sorta changed that to a 10x28 with 8x10 corner office. I work from my home and I'll be using that as my shop area seperated from my garage area. Keeps lot of dirt and dust bunnies from getting in. I also only have one door into the workshop. I do alot of loading and unloading from my van so this way i can do it inside my garage.
The reason for the high ceilings is storage over the shop area and a 2 posted lift in the rh side of garage.

Thanx guys,
It was raining Sat. and I was the only one working trying to get the electrical going, drilling holes and installing boxes.
Ill try to get more picts Monday after work.

Hey neighbors, Roanoke here. Just about to get my 32' x 40' finished and would like to get some pics on here, I noticed you got large files thumbnailed down and downloaded, give me a hand on how to do that if you could. When I try to upload a full size pic its too large. Thanks for any help.
