I recently had a 18 x 24 garage built/attached to the back of my 2 story house. It has a slight pitched flat roof because I had a deck built over it. The back of the house (block) is one common wall. The rest is all block also. The builder (not very good) didn't put any vents. The rafters are 2 x 8 and I plan on using fiberglass rolls to insulate. Do I need some type of ventilation system or not.
