Another "vise grip" identification please.

Thanks for the circle-I Parker identification.
Now how about this pair. It is made in Germany, along with the pictures below it has "chrom-vanadium" and "warranted" cast into it. It is called a "Universal-grip"

Haven't found the locking Pliers specifically, but guessing this company in Europe. Can faintly see the CK warranted on the handle where vise grip puts their name.
