Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone might be able to help i.d. this vise I just picked up. It seems to have a mix of metric and imperial measurements, 1/4" bolt holding in the screw, M6x1 bolts holding in the jaws for example. Big 'W' logo on the side and various other letters and numbers as seen in the photos.

I need some replacement jaws for it, they measure 80mm wide, 54mm bolt spacing on centre. If anyone knows of something compatible that'd be really helpful!

I would think you'll either need to make your own jaws or get a machine shop to help. Those should be pretty simple, get flat bar of the right dimensions, drill and counterbore for the screws you need. Aluminum for soft jaw, or carbon steel for durability. Heat treat or knurling would be extra so only do that if you really will have need of them.

It looks like they might have the same or similar enough jaw dimensions as Gressel. I will order a pair and see if they work before going down the custom rabbit hole.
Another issue with the vice is the amount of play in the dovetail ways. My only idea at the moment is to add some shims as there's no other adjustment possible. There's enough movement that the moving jaw moves up a few mm when some clamping force is applied.
