He needs better pictures that is for sure.
He should host 3 or 4 good pictures at photo bucket, then get the HTML code and copy/paste it into the text at the bottom of the ad.
Then the good pictures will show up.

It's a KRL 663. Might be a little high $$$ IMO, but a closer look to determine the actual condition would be in order.

That box is old enough the model/serial #'s will be stamped on the back, not like the newer ones that have a sticker.

7000 series boxes are 29" deep, and not over 40" or so tall.

nope. If it was a side cab on a double bank rollcab, the aluminum trim inbetween the right hand and center drawer banks would be twice as thick.

It has to be a side can on it because there is 2 locks on it. One on the box and one on the side cab. It is was a 7023 which it's not because it's not deep enough or in that matter any triple bank it would only have one lock. In actually about 20 miles from where they guy lives who is selling the box. I was looking for a used box for a long time until I bought my new one and for around here that seems like a decent deal. Classic 78's around here are going for 2k plus.

Not true, older boxes didn't always have only one lock, in fact this box, a KR-663 has three locks, one for each bank of drawers.

By the measurements given, that is a kr or krl 663. The drawer arrangment is correct for a '96 or so older box. The bottom drawer is 8" deep. SO changed it to 6" deep to gain a third 2" drawer. I first thought it was a krl 1003 un tilI reread the measurements. A lot of storage space for someone who dosn't need the depth of a 1000 series.
